Jessica did a great job all around. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We were able to close on the house in a month without any hiccups. She did a great job communicating with the sellers agent and facilitated all necessary conversations.

Jessica is a great person to work with. It is my husband's and my first time to buy a house and she was very eager to walk us from step 1 all the way to us receiving our keys to our first home. She made home buying less stressful than what we thought. She gave personal opinions and opinions as a professional but was not pushy. She made recommendations, but respected our own plans and choices. She helped us use our budget wisely and helped us get the best deals possible. She knows her field really well. She also knows a lot of professionals, organizations, and businesses that helped us in the home buying process. She is available almost 24/7 and responds to any of our questions. She is very easy to work with and I will definitely recommend her services to my family and friends who are thinking of purchasing a house.

We were moving from California and flew in with a single week to find a house. Jessica had our time scheduled from the git-go, showed up at our AirBnB, and drove us around our preferred areas. I think we looked at 20 houses in just a few days before we narrowed things down! Jessica has boundless energy and never once made us feel like we needed to hurry up and decide. We returned to California to continue packing, and she handled all the groundwork in Baltimore for final seller repairs, title, and closing. I can't say how fortunate I feel we were in choosing Jessica to hold our hands through the whole process!

Jessica was enthusiastic, hard-working, responsive, and knowledgeable. After a few months of looking at what felt like every house in the area, we finally settled on a somewhat non-traditional purchase of a home that was being gutted and rebuilt. Jessica helped us all through the process and the creation of a contract that would protect our interests and investment. After the initial contract was signed she continued to guide us all summer as the house was being completed and we were working with home design and completion timelines with the developer. Even after we moved in she has been in contact to make sure we were feeling happy and settled. Super impressive agent, would recommend her in a second.

Given that we are not familiar with the Baltimore market, Jessica helped us appreciate other neighborhoods that fit our investment needs and risk tolerance. She was very efficient in scheduling our time to look at all the properties that fit our needs. We did it in 1 day!!! She also is tech-savvy ... we used all forms of technology communications (email, text, facetime, conference calls). Very responsive.
